Once you have agreed upon the identity of the Conciliator and he/she has
agreed to act and indicated when he/she is available, you need to appoint the
Conciliator. At the same time all of you (including the Conciliator) need to
enter into and exchange the Conciliation Agreement.
* The CCG Conciliator's Agreement specifies at clause 2 that the Conciliator
will comply with the Code of Conduct.
