The document 'chargingAndBands.doc' sets out the hourly rates and the
fixed period bands. If you cannot agree the rates or the band the "invitation to
conciliate document provides that in default of agreement the hourly rate will
be £150 and the period will be Band B (3 hours preparation, 5 hours conciliation
and 1½ hours recommendation).
* Whilst the Parties may have agreed the period of the conciliation
beforehand, the Conciliator may wish to express a view as to whether the
proposed Band is realistic and practicable.
